Freeform crochet algae tank: my first wearable prototype made with my own bio yarn.

Using my own recipe developed over a year ago to achieve particular yarns properties, durability and finish for wearable pieces; though there is plenty of room for improvement.

Naturally coloured, compostable, heat and water resistant. Made possible by a naturally derived polysaccharide biopolymer found in brown macro algae.

Algae yarn, eri silk, organic merino, reclaimed sari silk ribbon.
